Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier. Blink of Beautii is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of lash products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do not offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.Please email us with clear photos of the issue along with your order number. Approved claims will be replaced, not refunded.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Blink of Beautii is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend selecting protected or insured shipping at checkout when available.
